AHACARBON provides worldwide shipping for all orders. Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled from our local warehouses in the United States or Europe to help reduce delivery time and improve shipping reliability. For custom-made products or items that are temporarily out of stock in local warehouses, shipping may be arranged directly from our factory.

Shipping Rates
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
In some cases, remote areas or special regions may require additional carrier surcharges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment to confirm the details.

Any import duties, VAT, taxes, or other customs-related charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. AHACARBON declares shipments in a compliant and reasonable manner to help minimize unnecessary customs charges whenever possible.
Shipping Address Requirements
Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, and contact information are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel is collected by the carrier.
If tracking shows no movement for several days, this does not always mean the parcel is lost. In many cases, the carrier has not yet completed the next scan update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, take photos immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist you with the carrier claim process and provide after-sales support based on the situation.
