Refund Policy

At AHACARBON, we want every customer to shop with confidence when purchasing carbon fiber auto parts, body kits, spoilers, front lips, rear diffusers, mirror caps, and other exterior upgrades. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged items, fitment issues, and refund requests are handled.

Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled immediately. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return after delivery, subject to the conditions of this policy.

AHACARBON does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, an incorrect item, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns After Delivery

If you are not satisfied with your order after delivery, please contact us first to request return instructions and the correct return address.

Return addresses may vary depending on the order destination, shipping warehouse, product type, and return reason. Please do not return any item without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address and return instructions after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Unauthorized returns, returns sent to the wrong address, or returns without sufficient order information may be delayed or refused.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund according to the conditions of this policy.

If the item is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging or improper handling by the customer or return carrier, a deduction may be made from the refund amount based on the condition of the returned item.

Return Eligibility

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 business days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 business days have passed since the date of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

EU, EEA, and UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the EU, EEA, or UK, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may apply.

Eligible customers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by email before the withdrawal period expires.

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, an incorrect item, damaged goods, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Where required by applicable law, eligible refunds may include the product price and standard original delivery cost. Additional costs for upgraded, express, or special shipping services are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides proof of return shipment, whichever is applicable under local consumer law.

This section does not affect your statutory rights for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery whenever possible, so we can review the issue and file a shipping claim in time.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product.
  • The packaging box it was shipped in.
  • The shipping label.
  • Any visible damage to the outer packaging.

All AHACARBON products are inspected before leaving our facility. If the item is damaged during shipping, a claim may need to be filed with the carrier.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement item, issue a refund, or cover reasonable repair costs for non-serious damage.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order whenever possible.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will review the case and provide a solution based on the situation.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable remedy.

Installation and Fitment Issues

Many AHACARBON products are aftermarket carbon fiber parts, body kits, and exterior accessories. Because these products are often hand-built and designed for vehicle modification, slight variations may occur and minor adjustments may be required during installation.

Minor trimming, sanding, drilling, hole adjustment, or professional fitting work may be required and is generally not considered a product defect.

We strongly recommend test-fitting the product before final installation, painting, drilling, trimming, applying adhesive, or making any permanent modification.

If you experience a fitment issue, please email us with clear photos or videos showing:

  • The product positioned on the vehicle.
  • The area where the fitment issue occurs.
  • The vehicle model, year, trim, and bumper or body style.
  • Any relevant product label, order number, or packaging information.

If photos or videos are not provided, we may be unable to verify the issue.

If the product has already been installed, used, painted, modified, drilled, trimmed, damaged, or permanently altered, it may no longer be eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect or confirmed fitment issue exists.

If the product does not fit because the wrong vehicle model, year, trim, bumper type, or body style was selected by the customer, the return may be treated as a customer return and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the fitment issue is caused by incorrect product information on our website or by our fulfillment error, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, an incorrect item, damaged goods, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, an incorrect item, damaged goods, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging the item for return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until the return is completed.

Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, and Incorrect Address

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to receive the package, refused delivery, or did not complete customs clearance when required, any additional shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, or related costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

If the package is returned to us, we will review the condition of the item before processing any eligible refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item has been installed, used, altered, painted, drilled, trimmed, or modified.

  • The item is returned without its original packaging.
  • The item is damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accident, or customer handling.
  • The return is requested after the eligible return period.

  • The product does not fit because the wrong vehicle model, year, trim, bumper type, or body style was selected by the customer.

  • The item was custom-made, special-order, made-to-order, or otherwise marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • The item is returned without prior authorization or sent to the wrong return address.

This does not affect your statutory rights for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
