Cancellations
At AHACARBON, we want every customer to shop with confidence when purchasing carbon fiber auto parts, body kits, spoilers, front lips, rear diffusers, mirror caps, and other exterior upgrades. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged items, fitment issues, and refund requests are handled.
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it has been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been received, cancellation may still be possible. In this case, the shipping cost is non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Returns After Delivery
If you are not satisfied with your order after delivery, please contact us first to request the return address.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund according to the conditions of this policy.
If the item is damaged during return shipping, a 25% fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Eligibility
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 business days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 30 business days have passed since the date of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of:

The damaged product.

The packaging box it was shipped in.
All AHA Carbon products are inspected before leaving our facility. If the item is damaged during shipping, a claim may need to be filed with the carrier.
Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement item or cover the repair cost for non-serious damage.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will review the case and provide a solution based on the situation.
Installation and Fitment Issues
Because our products are aftermarket and many are hand-built, slight variations may occur and minor modifications may be required during installation.
If you experience a fitment issue, please email us with photos showing the problem. If photos are not provided, the return may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If the product has already been installed, it may no longer be eligible for return unless a verified fitment issue exists.
We strongly recommend test-fitting the product before final installation.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable time. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

The item has been installed, used, or altered.

The item is returned without original packaging.

The return is requested after the eligible return period.

The issue was caused by improper installation or misuse.

The item was custom-made or otherwise non-returnable as stated on the product page.
