A: We have a 2 days turnaround time (this applies to items in stock, as we are factory outlet, most items generally has manufacturing time of 2-5 weeks). Handling time depends on your order and which warehouse we are shipping from, but typical the handling times are between 2-30 business days. Please contact us for most accurate shipping timeline if you need it urgently.
Q: How long do orders take to be delivered?
A: Transit time depends on the logistic. Small items like mirror caps,grille and air vents can be shipped by air parcel which takes 5-15 business days. For Larger items like bumper lips and body kit conversions, as the shipping cost quoted on website by sea or scheduled flight, the shipping time normally can take up to 15-30 business days. Q: Do all your items ship free?
A: Small items like mirror caps, air vents and eyelids are free shipping for partial countries. Larger items such as bumpers, hoods, fenders, also do NOT qualify for free shipping. Please contact us to inquire about international shipping costs. Or during checkout, you will know which items ship free and which have shipping costs associated with them. And for international orders, customers are to be responsible for express shipping such as UPS/DHL/Fedex, custom duties, VAT tax, and any other shipping associated fees.
Q: Do your price match?
A: Yes, we do price match reputable competitors in the marketplace. If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, please email us the (1) link of the product from our website and (2) the link to the competitor site. A: Most items are shipped directly from our factory in China, and part of the hot-selling parts also can be shipped from our warehouse in Ontario.
